Ableworld Birkenhead Act Of Kindness

The Random Act of Kindness Day was celebrated by every Ableworld store on the 17th February. It was a worthy celebration and one that our stores jumped at for the opportunity to take part in. It was amazing to see the amazing responses from our customers as well as showing us how many strong relationships our stores build with their customers.We decided to treat some of our regular customers to something special as they purchased something from our store!

Our Ableworld Birkenhead team surprised two very happy customers either with a bouquet of flowers or a box of chocolates. Mrs. Williams was instore with her husband searching for a product they needed, after making their purchase a staff member surprised her with some tulips. The couple were delighted by the gift and after they got home decided to ring and email the store, thanking them for brightening up their day!  

The second customer Mr. Clarke received some of Cadbury’s finest in the form of a milk tray, when he purchased a wheelchair from Birkenhead store. He looked absolutely thrilled with his gift and couldn’t wait to pick out his favourite chocolates later on in the day.

Participating in the Random Act of Kindness event taught Ableworld a lot of lessons, we were so happy to see the smiles put on customers faces by our actions. The Birkenhead team are thrilled by the results and hope to carry on with such acts no matter the time of year.
